The Committee on Justice recommends that the Parliament adopts in the Second Reading and in Its Entirety the Bill "On Amendments to Article 219 of the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine (re Periods for Scrutiny of Appeals on Correction of Misprints and Arithmetic Errors in a Court Decision)

The Bill (Reg. No.1090) prevents deliberate procrastination of realization of court decisions due to long-lasting correction of misprints and arithmetic errors.
